- What happens after I send this?
- It arrives in our shared inbox, and one of the founders replies from their own address to set up the call. Nothing is automated beyond the acknowledgement on this page.
- Do I need to prepare anything?
- No. If you have a list of the tools the business pays for, and a rough idea of what they cost, bring it; we will use it on the call. Otherwise just bring the problem.
- Can I just ask for a small job?
- Yes. Describe it in the form: what needs doing, and where. A defined small job skips the design stage, and we quote it in writing before we start.
- Would you rather I emailed?
- Either is fine. The form and the address arrive in the same inbox; the form just makes sure we have what we need to reply.
